JOB Description

• Handle the team enthusiastically and lead from the front to complete the projects.
• Frame the schedule and complete the large projects within the deadline with the team. Coordinate workflow with the team.
• Project planning and execution to reach customer standards and schedule with the quality standards.
• Work on projects from industrial structures and commercial structures having a complex connection to complex modeling criteria.
• Ability to work in a flexible team environment and be a team player.

JOB SKILL

• Excellent leadership, Good communication skills
• Familiarity with the AISC standards
• Experience in SDS/2 is compulsory
• Experience in Checking, Modeling, Detailing and coordinating with the client
• Main aim is to be able to handle the team for large projects and keep the team environment competitive.
